Outside Sales Representative
Location: Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at NiceLife Cocktails Manufacturing Facility. As the Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing sales in a defined territory with our retail and draught accounts. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our customers are educated on our current portfolio of products and are ordering week to week. You will help build and maintain key relationships with our awesome customers and ensure they have everything they need to successfully sell our products and win!Key areas of accountability:Driving sales growth by maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts and acquiring new accounts
- Creating a great experience for our external customers. Working with other CEO and Marketing to ensure you are providing all the tools needed for customer success.
- Developing sales strategies - identifying and creating new partnerships with businesses to grow distribution points.
- Conducting tastings and making knowledgeable recommendations
- Collaborating on Growth Strategy and allocation of resources.
- Support in optimizing Sales Processes and Tools.
Actively selling our product portfolio to current accounts
- Driving packaged product sales and draught sales revenue.
- Support order desk and distribution to optimize efficiencies.
- Keeping shelves stocked in key accounts by focused onsite visits.
- Recording all account activity in company CRM Lilypad.
- Assist customers in ordering from LDB or placing orders on behalf of the customer in Ollie.
- Accomplish and checkoff store visit checklists in CRM for all quarterly portfolio objectives daily.
Communicating internally with Sales Team
- Communicating with the team to meet weekly / monthly / annual sales targets.
- Working with Senior Leadership to meet Sales Targets and Stretch Goals.
- Sales Support - processing orders, and being involved in external event organization related to your territory and customers.
- Reporting on weekly sales, making suggestions to ensure targets are achieved and actioned.
- Reviewing Forecasts and collaborating on annual sales planning.
- Representing NIcelife at on and offsite marketing events.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient communication skills
- Sales experience of 1-2 years
- Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.

Lead Hand Manufacturing

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Hand to join our vibrant production team at NiceLife Cocktails Manufacturing Facility. As the Lead Hand, you will play a key role in overseeing the blending, carbonation, bottling, and batch execution processes. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the production of consistently exceptional cocktails that delight our discerning customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate and execute the blending, carbonation, and bottling processes in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
- Oversee batch execution, ensuring precise measurements and accurate timing for optimal results.
- Oversee bottling runs and bottling machine operations, work with operators and machine suppliers to ensure consistent and accurate output.
- Maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the production manager to optimize workflow, identify process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and materials.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform maintenance to ensure optimal performance, promptly addressing any issues with tanks, pumps, and bottling equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, enforcing adherence within the team.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring thorough documentation and traceability of all processes.
- Work with EKOS Brewing Software daily tracking batch execution, sanitation checklist, and other batch tracking tasks day to day.
- Track and monitor projects through the project management system.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the production team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in craft cocktail manufacturing, craft brewing, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail production processes (or beer brewing process), including blending, carbonation, and bottling practices.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and experience implementing them in a manufacturing setting.
- Require forklift certification and general forklift experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Production Assistant
NiceLife is looking for a hand to help in the manufacturing and packaging of our delicious cocktails and spirits. The position will begin as part-time with a likely transition into full-time for the right candidate. As an applicant, you must:
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Be able to take and follow direction
- Be able to lift up to 40kg
- Be comfortable on ladders
- Have a good attitude and good sense of humour
- Take pride in producing the best drinks around.
Ideally the candidate would have some related experience and the ability to drive a forklift, but will train the right person.

Server
We are looking for a server/host for our events, and tasting house. Shifts can and will include
- Tap Truck Events (Mobile Bartending)
- Tasting House Cocktail Server Evenings
- Event Server Evenings (Special Events Space)
Qualities.
- Must be available evenings Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Serving it right and be over 19+
- Must-Have a valid driver's license.
Some of your duties will include and require:
- Serve guests amazing delicious drinks and communicate the brand, ingredients, and general product knowledge.
- Manage and execute all aspects of the front of house and bar
- Stocking and prepping the bar for the day.
- Assisting with packing up online orders and answering any customer questions
- Garnish and basic food prep of the materials needed for serving up our cocktails.
- Prepping and plating small pre-prepared food plates and serving them to tables.
- Ring in orders on POS, handle cash and cash-out procedures.
- Attitude and reliability are mandatory and you must be a team player.
- Must have served it right and be over 19+
- Ideally you live and are a part of the Tri-Cities community. But not mandatory.
- Start date is flexible.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- If you have worked at a Brewery, Cidery or Winery let us know be great to bring in someone from the industry.
